1. Recipe

Sodium cocoyl sulfate, natural organic cocoa butter, natural organic shea butter, glycerin, extra virgin olive oil, citronella oil, natural premium honey, ginseng extract, peppermint extract, peppermint essential oil.
Sodium cocoyl sulfate is a foaming agent used for cleaning and degreasing. Other natural vegetable oil ingredient such as cocoa butter, shea butter, and olive oil are used to moisturize hair. Natural honey and ginseng nourish hair and scalp, used to repair the hair, peppermint extract and peppermint essential oils can calm the scalp and relieve itching.
It can be seen that in addition to sodium lauryl sulfate is a safe synthetic chemical, the others are natural plant extracts, the ingredients are very natural and non-irritating.
The shampoo ingredients on the market are as follows (example):Aqua, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, polydimethylsiloxane, Cocamide MEA, zinc carbonate, ethylene glycol distearate, sodium chloride, zinc glucosinolate, Sodium xylene sulfonate, flavor, cetyl alcohol, hydrochloric acid, guar gum, hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, magnesium sulfate, sodium benzoate, basic magnesium carbonate, benzyl alcohol, methyl chloroisothiazolone, Isoisothiazolinone
It can be seen that the shampoo is basically a synthetic chemical, including the
cleaning foaming agent sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, anti-dandruff zinc glucosinolate, an emulsifier, anti-static There are also preservatives.
The long-term use of chemically synthesized ingredients is undoubtedly harmful to the skin, which may cause problems such as clogged pores, dandruff, itching of the scalp, and hair loss.
2. Cleaning ability
The following is a picture of my hair washed with our jasmine shampoo. It can be seen that the bubble is quite rich.
Compared with shampoo, the shampoo bar is a little alkaline, so the Cleaning ability is good, the oil control effect is better than most shampoo, generally speaking, 2-3 times a week is enough.
There was a Chinese customer tried it, she told me that she can not accept to use soap( shampoo bar)to wash my hair because of the conceptual problem. However,
after using WOOLF’s peppermint chamomile shampoo bar, she found the previous concept is all wrong. She used the imported shampoo to wash her hair before, and usually need to wash again within 2 days, and she often has scalp itching. The oil control anti-dandruff effect of our shampoo bar beat the imported shampoo that she used before. The effects after she used it gave her a lot of confidence in selling shampoo.
Although the foam of shampoo is very rich, the cleaning ability of most of the shampoos are not so good as the shampoo bar, and the oil control effect is also worse.
3. Flexibility
Because the shampoo bar is weakly alkaline, it will feel slightly dry after washing. It needs to be used with hair conditioner bar or conditioner, while shampoo is better as it contains some anti-static and softener.
4. Appearance

7. Market competition

8. MOQ
Our WOOLF shampoos bar is hand-made. Even custom-made products can be ordered in small quantities such as 200pcs, and we have 16 different shampoos for different flavors and functions for customers to choose from. Wholesale mix design in small batches such as 50pcs at any time is acceptable, it is more convenient for customers to test market response.
The shampoo is produced by large machines, so MOQ is generally 3000pcs, 5000pcs.
9. Environmental protection concept
Our WOOLF shampoo soap is based on the concept of environmental protection, using environmentally-friendly packaging paper to pack bare bar, and use an aluminum box which can be recycled or kraft paper as standard packaging. Resolutely not use plastic packaging. Plastic packaging is very difficult to degrade and may take decades or a hundred years to degrade it.
The shampoos are usually packaged in plastic bottles. After they are used up, they can only be thrown into the garbage disposal site for disposal. The garbage disposal requires a lot of garbage disposal fees. If it is burned, it will cause air pollution. If it is buried in the soil or is thrown into the sea. 11. Customized cost

The shampoo is not only high in MOQ. If you want to make some special styles and shapes, you need to customize the mold. The mold cost will be over several thousand or RMB10000.
12. Transportation issues
The shampoo is a solid product, which is convenient for transportation. it is no problem even if shipping by air, and it is no problem for export transportation.
